Registration for excursions
Participation in the excursions is possible for members of the competitor teams and registered fans with a full fan package!
Excursions take place on the 20th and 21st of April – all tours are at the same time on both days. This way everybody can fit the tours of their interest on the day/time that’s suitable.
All tours require registration on the Piletikeskus website. A list of the excursions is visible here (you can also register on this website!).
All the excursions have a separate event. Each tour has a maximum capacity. Piletikeskus shows the last remaining tickets available, if there are less than 10 spots left.
Guide to registration at the Piletikeskus

For choosing excursions just simply click on the event.
2. The next page opens up.
3. There you can press the button "Add to cart" (price is and will be 0.0 EUR)
4. By pressing this button, you are registering yourself on this excursion.
5. You can overview your registrations in the "Cart" by clicking on the button, where the time is descending.
6. The ticket is sent to your e-mail, you can download it.
None of the excursions requires showing your ticket – showing your neck card, saying your name and the country will be enough. The ticket contains information about the time, gathering place and a phone number (in case you have any questions). So we highly recommend you download the tickets on your phone or computer. You can also use Piletikeskus app (Piletikeskus, Sviby).
After registration, the system will send you a link to download the app.
We recommend you consider the competition timetable – this way you can make the most of your time here in Tartu!

Estonian National Museum – possibility to visit 10:00 – 18:00. *No need for registration
The Upside Down House - possibility to visit 10:00 – 18:00. *No need for registration
On the tour
- To participate in the excursion you need to show your neck card to the guide or at the box office, and say your name and the country.
- People who have registered previously have a first priority in attending the tour.
- When there are any vacant spots before the start of the tour, then we can add people on tour, who haven’t registered previously.
- If the registered guest won’t be there on time and the spot is free, then we can give this spot to the next guest on our list.
- If the excursion has already started, and the guest will be late, then they can join the tour at any time (if the vacant spot is not already given to another guest).

If the guest is not on the list and/or doesn’t have a neck card, they must buy the ticket themself.
Changes
If you want to change the time of the excursion, please contact Eve Rebane (via SMS, phone call, e-mail, WhatsApp). Changes can be made only when there are vacancies.
NB! If you know that you can’t make it to the excursion, please let us know as soon as possible! This way we can give this spot to another guest.
